With fifteen years classroom experience, teaching students aged 11 - 18, I have taught English Language and English Literature across the AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC specifications.

I am a GCSE examiner for AQA, specialising in the English Language papers.

I have also taught English Literature at A level, and in my most recent cohort proudly helped two of my English Literature students go on to study at Oxbridge universities.  

 

Having worked abroad for three years in British International Schools, I have also taught the iGCSE English Language / Literature curriculum and English Literature International Baccalaureate.

​I have a full DBS check - I currently teach English (part-time) in a Norfolk secondary school and I can, of course, provide a DBS certificate and / or references on request.
